Locally Hand Blown Witch Ball

Individually hand made locally by our neighbor, Rich, in Meredith
NY, so two are ever alike! Ornaments measure between 5" - 6" across. Each
Witch Ball is threaded on natural sisal roping and comes with a beautiful
description card saying,
"Originally crafted as fishing net floats in colonial times, these hand blown
glass balls were a prized item when found washed up on shore. Considered good
luck because they hadn't broken, the ball was hung in the home to bring
protection. The delicate strands within or the reflective surface of the ball
are believed to capture the gaze of any looming evil spirit and cause it to
become confused - frightening it away, leaving your home safe and tranquil once
again."
